Mô tả công việc

- Support daily office tasks such as managing documents, handling correspondences, especially day-to-day communications between departments and countries./
- Organize and schedule meetings, build agendas and coordinate attendance of attendees.
- Maintain the accuracy of employee files and databases.
- Resolve daily employee problems and demands.
- Support team members about documents and other tasks that assigned.

Yêu cầu

- Fluently in listening, speaking, reading, and writing by Chinese.
- Handle daily tasks fluently, English proficiency is a plus.
- Good office skills, capable of handling daily data analysis, standards integration, meeting minutes, quarterly reports, etc.
- Willing to go business trip and overtime.
- Priority for candidates with experience in monitoring foreign trade or furniture factory development.

Our Trade Program is designed to support interior designers, landscape designers, home interior decorator firms, and brick and mortar stores. Our products are not tested or intended for commercial use. Online retailers are ineligible for the Trade Program. We do not authorize reselling of our products online.

Noble House Home Furnishings Viet Nam is a Procurement Office located in Da Nang, Viet Nam. Our head office is located in USA and we are working with China Office. We specialize in managing factory partnerships, supply chain, logistics, distribution, and sales of our company's products across the world. Our company consists of around 250 staffs in Viet Nam and China, more than 150 staffs in USA; due to rapid growth and expansion, we expect that number to reach 500 by end of 2020.
