• Follow internal processes, including roster duties at sale galleries & show units.
• Follow up closely on after-sales matters, including sales documentation, customer complaints and handover.
• Offer assistance and support for viewings of prospective customers introduced by agents/walk-ins and visitors in daily sales operation (where assigned).
• Support on management of sales galleries, show units and sales office (where assigned).
• Produce weekly/daily reports on sales activities.
• Conduct customer surveys and feedback where applicable.
• Have 1 - 2 years working experience in relevant areas.
• Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese.
