1. Key Responsibilities and KPI
New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand client needs, market trends, and competition.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively managing leads through the sales cycle.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and services demonstrations to showcase our web app production and digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
3. Partnership Development
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows.
4. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Utilize CRM software or other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Regularly review and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Bachelor
- At least 4 years of experience in the web app production or digital marketing service industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- English: Upper intermediate level
