Communication Bridge Between Technical Team & Business:
- Attend technical meetings with
developers and management
- Listen to developers discuss their work and understand the main points
- Translate technical updates into simple business language for decision-makers
- Take technical requirements from stakeholders and explain them clearly to developers
- Ask good questions to make sure everyone understands each other
Project Support & Coordination:
- Track project progress and identify when things are behind schedule
- Schedule meetings between technical team and clients
- Prepare meeting materials and take clear notes
- Follow up on action items and make sure tasks get completed
- Help with client presentations by preparing background information
Research & Learning:
- Stay updated on blockchain trends that affect our projects
- Learn about new technologies our team is considering
- Research competitor solutions and market trends
Starting salary: 12-16 million VND/month (based on experience and blockchain knowledge)
Growth potential: Salary reviews every 6 months with increases for skill development
