Your tasks
- Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
- Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
- Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly
- Manage meeting room booking
- Manage company taxi cards and parking services
- Manage stationery for the office
- Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
- Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company.
Your profile
- 3rd - 4th year student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality or related fields.
- Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
- Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week for 6 months internship.
- Good ability of English communication
- Strong customer focus
- Capable of MS office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
