Branch Manager

• Update Procurement Manager (cc to management) on daily basis of local coffee market and crop information, after contacting suppliers and competitors.
• Buying Coffee from coffee suppliers (based on exposure limit approved) based on the quantity and price approved by HO and the latest quality standard approved by PM/MD.
• Responsible for ensure delivery and in the event of default, report immediately to Procurement Team & MD.
• Reporting to MD/ PM, if there are any deliveries below the standard of the contract, to discuss about the discount/other issues prior to accepting or before rejecting the coffee.
• Coordinate/support Sustainability team to develop projected coffee in your area, buying projected coffee
• Coordinate with Operation (Quality, Traffic, and Warehouses), Finance and Trade for any related issue.
• Monitor closely VCC&C or any other independent surveyor's activities and any abnormalities or discrepancies found to be reported to MD/PM.
• Control all the staff at branches (Quality, Warehouse, and Accountant). Set up job's description for branch's staff
• Spot check the FOT Operation
• Meeting Government Officials; related Organizations when being required by Management.
• Providing recommendations to the Management for expansion and improvement.
• Reporting to MD/PM, if there are other requirements such as additional staff or equipment.
• To ensure all equipment/assets at the branches are in order and calibrated at the correct interval.
• Taking care of the guests received at branch.
• To assure all Operation activities at branches are running smoothly. If any assistance is required, the MD should be contacted.

- Procurement Manager (all information related to trading coffee)
- Managing Director (Operation, Others )
