Bowker Vietnam, a member of the Win Hanveky Group (Hong Kong), specializes in the development and production of adidas Football products. With 120 production lines and a workforce of 6,000 employees, Bowker Vietnam is proud to be a Tier One factory for adidas.
The Win Hanverky Group operates three factories in Vietnam, alongside additional facilities in Hong Kong, China, and Cambodia.
Purpose of Job:
To manage the Local IE supervisor and Local IE officer to do the IE job expected.
Key Responsibilities:
KPI Reports: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports; validate payroll.
Project Timeline: Track production and buyer projects to forecast and monitor completion dates.
Lean Measurement: Develop and deliver Lean training; manage and guide implementation.
ME Project/Report Updates: Review weekly and monthly reports before submission to buyers.
Continuous Improvement: Define and lead improvement projects; set annual policy deployment plans and timelines.
Value Stream Management: Analyze processes to identify root causes and suggest solutions.
Budget Forecast: Propose and manage departmental budgets.
Lean Program Dissemination: Plan and coordinate team training to support process improvements.
Leadership & Supervision: Manage department activities, budget, staff performance, and compliance.
Additional Responsibilities: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and build community relations.
