1. Planning
Activation
Support the Brand's annual/quarterly activation calendar and budget planning.
Propose activation plans across approved formats (apartments, malls, fairs, competitions, residential areas, etc.) aligned with the
Brand Manager's master plan.
Partnership
Lead joint activity plan alignment with the master plan and partner agreements, including timeline, roles, and logistics.
Develop activation/partner activity concepts, messaging, and creative briefs.
Ensure every activity includes a concise, standardized brand/product introduction so parents gain a basic understanding of Logiscool's offering.
2. Execution
Event & Activity Execution
Lead event logistics, vendors, staffing, and on-site activities for both Activation and Partnership events, ensuring smooth execution and brand consistency.
Lead end-to-end material production processes, coordinating with the Shared Service Function (SSF) and vendors for Activation and Partnership materials (standees, flyers, signage, booth design, etc.).
Lead Generation & Sales Handover
Own the lead capture and qualification process at every activation and partner-led activity.
Screen registrants/attendees on-site against Presentation-readiness criteria to produce Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Ensure structured and timely handover of qualified MQLs to the relevant Center Sales team.
Jointly monitor the conversion of handed-off MQLs into booked Sales Presentations.
Performance Reporting & Partner Management
Deliver post-event/post-activity reports covering attendance, MQL rate, Presentation booking rate, and cost-per-Presentation.
Provide recommendations for improvement and flag underperforming activations or partners to the Brand Manager.
Maintain ongoing partner relationship touchpoints and share performance visibility, including lead volume, lead quality, and Presentation booking rate, with the Brand Manager and Sales team.
3. Administrative Tasks
Manage purchase requests, vendor documentation, contracts, invoices, and marketing-related paperwork.
Maintain marketing assets, activation materials, and campaign documentation.
Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager and assist with other marketing projects as assigned.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams (Academic, Service) to successfully deliver all activation events.
Work closely with SSF functions (MKT, FIN, Procurement, etc.) to facilitate all related processes.

Qualification and Experience Required
1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in educational services, EdTech, or K-12 learning environments is highly preferred.
2. Experience & Skills
At least 1 year of experience in brand activation, event marketing,
trade marketing, or marketing execution, preferably in education, retail, FMCG, or service industries.
Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, or branch locations is an advantage.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with internal teams, external partners, and Sales counterparts on shared lead-conversion targets.
Good understanding of event execution and local marketing activation.
Comfortable working with basic lead-funnel concepts (MQL, conversion tracking) and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales to achieve shared Presentation-booking KPIs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to travel between centers when required.
3. Availability
Full-time (48 hours/week).
Willing to work on weekends based on Marketing schedules.
