1. Brand & Communication Strategies Management
Lead comprehensive branding marketing strategies that align with the business objectives to enhance brand visibility, equity, and performance.
Define brand positioning, identify target audiences and ensure brand consistency across marketing channels and communication platforms.
Oversee creative project management, including video and photo shoots, graphic design, and content creation processes.
Develop metrics to evaluate brand health and the effectiveness of branding and communication strategies and campaigns.
2. Creative and Content Management
Work with team leads to ensure high quality of content delivery in compliance with brand guidelindes and brand strategies.
Foster collaboration between the Creative and Content teams to produce cohesive and effective marketing materials.
Develop processes and SLAs for content quality check while ensuring the timely delivery to the BUs.
3. Tool and Platform Implementation
Oversee the selection, setup, and integration of tools and platforms that enhance team productivity and compliance with branding and communication standards.
Ensure team members are trained on new tools and platforms and facilitate their adoption across the teams.
4. Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding activities.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Country Head of Marketing and senior management on campaign performance and brand health.
Collaborate with the Business Strategy Department to develop and improve dashboards that provide relevant business intelligence for decision-making.
5. Team Management:
Set clear performance goals, KPIs for the team, track day to day progress, and ensure accountability.
Identify high performing talents and develop a succession planning for key roles.
Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven 7+ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably with a focus on branding, communication and preferably, digital marketing.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in English is an asset.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven 7+ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably with a focus on branding, communication and preferably, digital marketing.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in English is an asset.
