Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insight
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Ensure harmony between the brand personality and the vision, mission, goals and strategy of the company
Devise innovative brand communication campaigns
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
Anticipate risks for timely handling measures
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.

Plan and implement marketing plans for brands.
Investigate and competitor analysis as well as opportunities based on market realities, customer trends and development goals of competitors.
Connect your brand's operations with sales and other departments effectively.
Coordinate closely with teams (design, operation) and agents of the Company to implement timely activities.
Supervise brand implementation, sales implementation, market demand analysis to propose appropriate actions.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major.
Being able to communicate in English is an advantage
At least 2 years experience in the same position, within dietary supplement, especially in the category of haircare, hair skin nails products
Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
Presentation, outstanding communication skills and team management skills
Business literacy: Good knowledge of consumer insights based on qualitative data P&L Management
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major.
