About the opportunity
You will be responsible for adapting a brand strategy based on defined global direction whilst ensuring local relevance. You will develop and implement an effective annual brand plan that meets the volume, revenue, profit and brand building objectives for the brand. You will also contribute to the development of strategic plans.
As the 'brand guardian', you will maintain brand integrity across all Marketing initiatives and communications for the Anchor brand.
Some of the key areas you would own include:
• Develop and gain approval for detailed annual brand plans for the assigned products/categories covering all required elements.
• Lead annual A&P planning to ensure maximum brand portfolio growth and ROI.
• Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for growth, manage and develop them through PRM process.
• Assist Marketing Director and work closely with Marketing service team in building strategies and plans for media, Digital Marketing, CRM and eCommerce that ensure maximum commercial opportunities to be realized.
• Maintain effective liaison and communication with the Sales, Trade Marketing, cross functional teams as well as regional and global teams for excellent execution.
• Collaborate with cross functions to ensure demand forecast accuracy to capture market potentials fully.
• Ensure compliance of Marketing procurement and spends control, with corporate policies and values.
• Successfully drive brand growth via a proactive approach and thorough understanding of the market situation and consumer behaviors.
• Develop effective Marketing strategies and plans including NPD / innovation projects to leverage brand's strength into new growth opportunities.

Yêu cầu
About You
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry with strong experience in brand management, NPD, digital marketing, influencer marketing and e-Commerce.
• Good understanding of emerging marketing channels.
• Good understanding of food & restaurant trends. Interest in food & cooking would be an advantage.
• Energetic, confident, articulate with strong logical thinking skill.
• Ready for challenges, business-driven and result-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong budget-management skill and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage innovation launches.
• Experienced in working with regional or global teams
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
