Purpose of the Position
Bellamy's Organic is a global formula and food brand that offers "a pure start to life" to infants and toddlers. Our vision is to be market leaders in the product segments and markets that we play in.
As we continue our expansion in Vietnam, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to lead our brand to new heights.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop and implement the annual
brand marketing plan and budget for Vietnam, aligned with the regional and global brand strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage and optimize
digital marketing efforts including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Tiktok), SEO/SEM, and influencer/KOL partnerships.
• Develop compelling and localized content that resonates with the Vietnamese audience.
• Plan and execute brand events, activations, and PR initiatives.
• Work closely with the Sales team to develop effective
trade marketing programs and in-store materials (POSM) for key retail partners.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI for all activities.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and brand KPIs.
