WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Manage assigned brands.
- Brand management, growth target identification, strategy and tactics to achieve growth, volume target, market share, and budget management.
- Develop effective brand strategy and brand marketing plan including the 4Ps plan.
- Implement a brand marketing plan to reach target consumers, communicate brand values ​​, and influence consumers to buy and use the brand.
- Maintaining brand strength including achieving sales targets, brand value, brand image, and other indicators related to brand health.
- Identify market research needs, find out and analyze consumer tacit truths, and identify target customer segments and groups for brand activation activities.
- Implement and supervise the production of promotional materials and work closely with the media service department to ensure good implementation. Participate in the service provider partner selection process.
- Work with the sales department and the trade marketing department to deploy the brand's activities synchronously from sales activities, product presence, the image presented at the point of sale, and brand activities. to achieve brand performance goals.
- Directing & guiding the recruitment of training and development programs for brand staff.
- Develop and improve processes and systems in the brand.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
