Mô tả công việc
Brand Manager is responsible for:
• Build Strong brand identity
• Increase brand awareness
• Strengthen brand reputation
• Ensure consistent brand messaging
• Internal brand advocacy
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversea the brand performance of the whole group
• Develop a Brand Communication Strategy for the group & subsidiaries
• Brand Awareness: Implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility
• Brand Experience: Ensuring that the brand promise is consistently delivered across all customer touchpoints. Monitoring and enhancing the customer experience at various brand interaction points, such as websites, social media platforms, customer service, and physical locations
• Co-Branding: Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand values and objectives. This can involve joint marketing initiatives, sponsorships, co-branding opportunities, and strategic alliances to expand brand reach and enhance brand perception
• Brand Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness and impact of branding activities. Regularly analyze data, conduct brand audits, and monitor consumer perceptions to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to refine brand communication strategies.
Report to: Senior Group Brand Manager

Yêu cầu
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably at a senior level.
- Proven track record in overseeing brand performance for a group or organization.
- Experience in developing comprehensive brand communication strategies.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing co-branding opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in implementing brand awareness strategies and increasing brand visibility.
- Proficiency in monitoring brand performance through metrics, data analysis, and consumer perception evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure consistent brand delivery and enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
