OVERVIEW
As a Brand Manager at MOHO, you will oversee the Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising (MD) teams to ensure seamless integration of efforts that elevate the brand and drive business growth. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic plans to strengthen MOHO's position as a leading home living brand in Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Strategy and Management:
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance MOHO's visibility and market position.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, including online and offline channels.
2. Sales Management:
• Lead and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for retail, project, and e-commerce channels.
• Track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
3. Marketing and Campaign Planning:
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audience.
• Manage budgets and ROI for marketing initiatives, including digital, offline, and
trade marketing efforts.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
4. Merchandising and Product Development:
• Collaborate with the MD team to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
• Work with design and R&D teams to develop innovative products aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
• Ensure effective inventory management and timely product launches.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire Sales, Marketing, and MD teams to achieve goals.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among departments to drive cohesive brand messaging and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity and innovation.
6. Additional tasks requested by the executive team.
1. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in retail, furniture, home decor or home living industries.
2. Skills and Competencies:
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of brand building, marketing principles, and sales operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
