• Support the Senior
Marketing Manager in developing biscuits & confectionery brands.
• Coordinate with brand principals on forecasting, marketing plans, and budgets.
• Execute media, digital, and
trade marketing plans for assigned brands to achieve annual targets.
• Forecast volume and value for assigned brands.
• Manage replenishment plans with related departments.
• Track and control A&P spending within the approved budget.
• Monitor sell-in/sell-out data and recommend growth initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales on merchandising, POSM, and selling tools.
• Coordinate with agencies on MT activations and GT perfect-store projects.
• Manage suppliers for quotations, mock-ups, and POSM quantities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager.
• University degree in Marketing,
Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in trade/brand marketing (FMCG or distributors).
• Experience in brand building, media/digital, and trade marketing.
• Strong marketing knowledge, data analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, able to work under pressure.
• Good numerical skills.
• Creative, logical, and a good team player.
• Strong communication skills across departments.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and English (written & spoken).
