POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing a strategic mar-keting plan to enhance Vivu Journeys' presence in the B2B and B2C sector. You will lead a creative team based in Hanoi and manage both digital and offline marketing resources. This role reports di-rectly to the Group Marketing Director and collaborates closely with other leadership team members to ensure group profitability and exceptional customer service through better systems and training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for Vivu Journeys, targeting B2B and B2C.
• Oversee all digital marketing resources, including the website and social media platforms, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our marketing strategies.
• Manage and oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and strategic marketing goals.
• Direct creative design efforts with the team based in Hanoi, providing guidance and support to deliver high-quality materials.
• Manage offline marketing resources, including branding and advertisement campaigns, to in-crease brand awareness and market penetration.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, flexible and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree is a plus.
• Significant experience in marketing with a proven track record in the travel and tourism indus-try.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a creative team, preferably on an interna-tional level.
• Proficient in digital marketing tactics and platforms as well as traditional offline marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior manage-ment and cross-functional teams.
• Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
