Were looking for a Brand Team Lead to manage and supervise the execution of marketing projects and ensure all marketing deliverables are high quality, aligned with our brand, convey the right message, and are completed within agreed-upon deadlines. The person should be very hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about supporting and growing his/her team members, those are the qualities we seek. You will manage a team of Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketing Strategist, Copywriter, SEO Specialists and Multimedia Designers. Beyond branding and engagement metrics, here are 02 key conversion goals for this team (aka your KPIs): (1) Contact Us form submissions and (2) job applications via niteco.com.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main responsibilities of the Brand Team Lead include:
- Help shape and communicate our vision and mission, unique offerings, clients portfolio to the world (we do business globally!)
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies and lead generation campaigns
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action and generate MQLs & SQLs
- Plan and drive the execution of campaigns via various channels: website, social media, email marketing, SEM/SEO, referral, partnership, events, paid ads campaigns, etc.
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution, provide detailed reports of campaign performance, ROI, conversion patterns, etc.
- Test new channels and trends, oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Lead and mentor a team to develop their individual growth and success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience with or successful track record in brand management and B2B lead generation, preferably in the technology field, digital marketing services or recruitment marketing
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with the following: Ads Channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hubspot
- Fluent in English & confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders.
- Four-year college degree required in Digital Marketing or related course of study
- You have managed team members in the past and are excited about growing a team
- Strong knowledge of MarTech solutions as well as digital data analytics and CDPs
