Job Description
Voyager Corporation is looking for a Japanese Bridge Engineer (BrSE) to act as a bridge between clients and the software development team. This role requires strong Japanese communication skills, technical knowledge, and project management experience to ensure successful project execution according to customer requirements.
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with Japanese clients to collect, analyze, and clarify project requirements.
Convey functional, technical, quality, and planning requirements to the development team.
Plan, monitor, and control project progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Review and evaluate the development team's work results, proposing improvements if necessary.
Provide and share product, planning, and technical information with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Support clients in using the product, offering advice on features, interfaces, and technical requirements.
Act as a bridge between clients and the development team to resolve any issues that arise during project implementation.
Assist in training and developing the development team's understanding of project requirements and Japanese business culture.

Yêu cầu

Japanese Language Skills
Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, with strong communication skills.
Technical Skills
Understanding of technology to effectively communicate with both clients and the development team.
Experience in writing project documentation.
Knowledge or experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Project Management Skills
2-3 years of experience in software projects as a BrSE or PM.
Understanding of Agile, Scrum is an advantage.
Strong reporting and data analysis skills; proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
