- Participate in product and outsourcing projects for Japanese clients across various domains such as finance, healthcare, and e-commerce.
- Act as a bridge engineer (BrSE) between the development team and Japanese clients.
- Communicate and work directly with Japanese customers.
- Manage project progress, provide regular reports to clients and
project managers.
- Work on web application systems using technologies such as Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, PHP, HTML, CSS, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience working on software projects for Japanese clients.
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 level, with strong communication skills.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Programming skills in languages such as Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, etc., are a plus.
- Solid understanding of
software engineering principles.
- High sense of responsibility and long-term commitment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working in Japan is an advantage.
