Project Manager/ Leader shall be a part of our professional and dynamic team at Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam, leading key projects with clients worldwide.
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Communicate with customers for requirement analysis, project plan and project progress.
• Adhere to strict delivery schedule with high quality.
• Review all project documentation.
• Provide software proposal, estimation base on project requirement.
• Assign tasks to resources efficiently.
• Report project progress, issues, technical solution, etc. to Department Head
• Support project members on technologies and provide solution decisions.
Must have
University degree in
Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics &Telecommunications or related majors.
At least 3 -year experience in project management.
At least 3-year experience in software development (Mobile/ Web - Frontend, Back-end, Fullstack)
Experience in project planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management, quality control and communication management.
Strong sense of quality and client orientation.
Strong experience in development process & manage KPI by CMMI, Agile...
Leadership and Negotiation skill
2. Nice to have
Experience for project management at Japanese company or work directly with Japanese clients is a great advantage.
Onsite working experience in Japan is a plus.
Able to work under tight schedule.
Having PMP certification is preferred.
