Mô tả công việc

Business analysis, research and development orientation for new features for the company's strategic system.
Collect, analyze and clarify requirements of customers as well as related Centers.
Perform analysis and build business requirements specification documents, use case design documents, use case (usecase) sample interface (prototype, wireframe) and business processes (workflow) for the development team software.
Analyze risks related to software products, databases and propose solutions (if any); contribute ideas and initiatives to improve software products and technology solutions.
Provided the instructions to use the system.
Communicate content, assist project members and project managers to clarify client expectations;
Ability to support software testing, be the person to evaluate and verify the results of the software team before releasing new features to end users.
Interact closely with other stakeholders and customers to ensure proper coordination and execution of software product development projects.
Proceed with the quality of the product that ensure the requirements of the job.
Organize UAT implementation, monitor and report results to project management.
Perform tasks assigned by superiors.

**Academic level

Complusory:
- Graduated from universities and colleges majoring in IT under technical universities.
- The transcript must contain the following subjects:
  - System design analysis (UML language, or equivalent).
    - Priority is given to the final grade of the course.
  - Database analysis.
    - Piority is given to the final grade of the course from 8/10 (equivalent to 3.5/5)
- Any programming subject (C++, .Net, Java ...) .
- 1 subject database: SQL, Oracle.
Priority:
- Candidates who have graduated with good grades from technical schools.
- Have a BA certificate issued by a reputable center (eg BAC).
- Have a certificate of completion of courses on port operation, water transport.

Yêu cầu

Skilled in business analysis, assessment, and problem solving.
Having good knowledge of port operations, customs, logistics is an advantage.
Ability to build and design business requirements specification documents.
Good use of at least one tool to support design analysis (drawing GUI, process: Axure, Visio, [protected info] ...)
Experience in designing diagrams: Use case, Activity, sequence, Component, Class, state, timing.
Having skills in UI/UX Designer is an advantage.
Required soft skills (teamwork skills, planning, work management...):
Have good writing, communication & presentation skills.
Have good ability to work independently and in a team.
The spirit of cooperation and good work, coordinate work with the Dev and QC team to ensure the progress.
Have a spirit of learning and progress at work.

Cảng Quốc tế Tân Cảng - Cái Mép (gọi tắt là TCIT) là đơn vị liên doanh giữa Tổng Công ty Tân Cảng - Sài Gòn với 03 đối tác nước ngoài bao gồm hãng tàu MOL của Nhật Bản, hãng tàu Wanhai của Đài Loan và hãng tàu Hanjin của Hàn Quốc (hiện nay là Tập đoàn Hanjin Logistics). TCIT là cảng nước sâu nằm gần ngã ba sông Cái Mép - Thị Vải, cách Trạm Hoa tiêu Vũng Tàu 18 hải lý với thời gian hải trình 02 giờ từ trạm hoa tiêu đến cầu tàu. Được khởi công xây dựng ngày 04/09/2009 và đi vào hoạt động ngày 15/01/2011, TCIT luôn không ngừng đổi mới nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ, mở rộng quy mô và năng lực, phát triển các dịch vụ gia tăng; phấn đấu là địa điểm lựa chọn hàng đầu của khách hàng.
