Business Analyst Agile

Responsibilities:
• Work with international agile team (product owner, scrum team, business team), across asia countries environment to initiate development sprints, drive the implementation of new features, as well as resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces.
• Gather new product requirements directly from the stakeholders and translate them into other deliverables (product specifications, process flows, use cases, charts, etc.)
• Produce detailed wireframes that meet strategic/business objectives.

• Has at least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, or UX Designer, or Product Owner, or similar roles.
• Has a good knowledge of user-experience design in web-based applications and mobile native application
• Be familiar with Agile software development methodology and agile frameworks, including Scrum, and Kanban.
• Be a self-motivated team member who brings enthusiasm to work each day.
• Good English communication skills (especially in speaking & writing).
