Business Analyst and Systems Administrator

Responsibilities
• you will mainly focus on providing insights, data support, and building dashboards both internally and for our clients
• prepare dashboards for tracking key operational and financial metrics by (compared with target, forecast and historical data) and predictive analysis
• work closely with teams to have update on the insights of business trend, change in business rules (if any)
• work with teams to build reports, dashboards and forecasting models
• development and implementation of systems and policies for effective data management and regulatory compliance
• development of databases and working with primary data and raw data sets
• creation of data management processes for data collection and analysis
• management of a broad portfolio of digital assets including CRM, CMS, web domains, social media assets and cloud-based business systems
• security of networks and data including periodic audits and management of user access
• management of non-financial data for use in reporting
• building financial and predictive models to measure financial performance
• building project plans and other milestone to measure operational performance
• providing system-level support to our clients and advice regarding improvement of workflow, data management, and web applications that are relevant to their specific business objectives
• documentation of workflows and data management procedures for use in procedures, training and onboarding

Essential criteria
• At least 3 years' experience in business analyst or data analyst
• Computer science or information technology degree (or equivalent) with experience across applications, business systems and databases
• Experience in working with primary data and raw data sets and sourcing data from a variety of public and library sources
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience in SQL, Excel, PBI and R/Python/SPSS
• Strong mathematical skills to collect, measure, organize and analyze data
• Strong logical and technical skills for data modelling, data mining, and segmentation.
• Solid problem-solving, detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
• Administration experience in Microsoft environment
• Solid knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
• Strong understanding of information architecture, security and governance
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, determine priorities and use judgement to perform complex analytical tasks and achieve effective results within short timeframes
• High level interpersonal, written and verbal English communication skills to articulate and present complex concepts clearly and concisely and to develop effective working relationships
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn quickly in ways that support our practice and our clients
