Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Executive will be required to analyse client requirement relate to Payroll software and solution. To maintain excellent execution of day-to-day operations duties, contributing to and implementing changes to meet the needs of the business and clients. To provide service broader than data transactions - advice, knowledge of internal process impact, recognition of risks/mitigation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzing root causes and gap of the issues, and providing specific solutions to clients.
• Receiving requirements from clients and converting to technical models/terms.
• Analyzing, planning and preparing technical documents for client's new request, assessing the feasibility and risk of request, estimating cost and timeline to accomplish the requests.
• Working with vendor's development team to implement new requests on system/application.
• Preparing test cases, test scenarios and creating test environment to conduct the test before deploying in production.
• Technical support for daily and ad-hoc requests from clients.
• Managing, configuring and fixing core/system/application to follow client's policies and labor law.
• Managing and configuring database, preparing scripts to support client's daily and ad-hoc requests.
• Generating data and reports based on client's requests.
• Presenting and training system/application to clients.
• Technical support payroll team regarding core/system/application.
• Generating data and reports based on payroll team's requests.
The Senior Executive will be required to analyse client requirement relate to Payroll software and solution. Yêu cầu
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• Degree Holder in IT or Professional Certificate in IT
• At least 2 years of solid experience in IT;
• Working experience in Payroll software (Cadena) is an advantage.
• Preferably in an outsourcing environment or have managed large employees' payroll in a multi-national company.
• Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, initiative, high integrity and able to work under strict deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Have a keen eye for details, highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Flexible in working hours.
• Confident to speak to different groups and can make presentation independently with good presentation skills.
