Business Analyst - Feature Management

JOB OBJECTIVE:



As a Business Analyst person who focus on Product and Feature management in Demand Engagement team, you will work as an operations thought partner and subject matter expert and drive several key work streams to help launch new products that will impact demand side of BE GROUP. This will be a high impact and challenging role where you'll be expected to roll up your sleeves and work with a small team to develop the strategy and implementation of solutions across multiple Ride Hailing/ Delivery areas such as promotion, pricing, dispatching, ... and other internal and external products related to the business.



In this role, you will work together with the Product and Business teams to identify product problems and opportunities, prioritize them on the product roadmap, and facilitate bi-directional communication between Product team, Business team and Demand Engagement team related to the rollout and support of all Products



Job Responsibilities



• Suggest product enhancements to improve demand & user experiences

• Perform quality assurance controls on products

• Gather input from demand teams to drive the product roadmap and bring the voice of ops to the product development process

• Communicate with functional stakeholders to understand key areas of analyses, their business impact and manage the coordination of these efforts

• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines

• Product/feature launch communication and education for all operations teams, from messaging through to adoption

• Build scalable solutions and deep expertise to improve coordination, and empower execution

• Communicate product findings and insights to diverse audiences - from senior executives to new hires to subject matter experts
