We have developed and deployed our first version of a City O/S in Ecopark township and are now ready to bring our core product, Ekko to other real estate developments in Vietnam. Ekko is reinventing the way property managers & real estate developers operate townships in Vietnam and we are now looking for a senior business analyst that will take a big part in the responsibility of building a product that our customers love.
Your main tasks will include understanding our target customers' pain points and how our tech solution can help them become more efficient on a daily basis. Performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users
What will you do?
Work closely with clients to understand their needs
Understand business processes of property management in order to translate their needs into our product roadmap requirements.
Analyzing and building models, solutions and business flows based on the customer's requirements.
Drafting documents for business and solutions analysis including URD or SRS.
Transfer knowledge to the development team and other members of the product team.
