The Business Analyst - Sales & CRM will work closely with Food Business Owners, Sales/Commercial teams and Digitalization teams to analyze business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
Analyze and improve Sales & CRM processes, including customer management, sales forecasting, pricing & promotion, order-to-cash and customer service.
Work with business stakeholders to understand business problems and translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with R&D and technology teams during solution design, development and integration.
Prepare and coordinate UAT, follow up issue resolution and support business sign-off.
Support users during implementation and post-go-live.
Analyze functional issues, identify root causes and recommend improvements.
Maintain process flows, functional documentation, user guides and handover materials.
Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives for the Food business.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP/CRM, software implementation, Sales Operations or related roles.
- Good understanding of business analysis, process mapping and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of Sales/CRM processes is preferred.
- Experience with SAP SD, ERP Sales, CRM or integrated business applications is an advantage.
- Ability to understand APIs and data mapping is an advantage.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Candidates from Development, Testing, ERP Consulting, Key User or Business Operations backgrounds may also be considered if they demonstrate strong BA capabilities.
