Việc làm Business Analyst

Collaborate with product owner to define product requirements, features, and specifications
Act as the bridge between Product Owner and Development team to assist the best decision making, ensuring product competitiveness retained but technical feasibility guaranteed
Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with product objectives and user expectations.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, and quality assurance testers to ensure timely and successful delivery of product milestones and releases.
Participate in the system and acceptance testing to assure the quality standards.
Perform demo with client
Document the project operations (User Story, SRS)
Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Have at least 2 years of experience as a Software Analyst or Business Analyst for Based Software Solutions
Great collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a professional and positive attitude;
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and analytical competencies
Familiar with Agile methodologies
Have knowledge of SQL language and database management
Have knowledge of API/API testing is a plus
Experience with HR domain is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary: Upto 1200$

Probation salary is 100% of official salary
13th-month salary and performance review twice a year
