The Job
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP implementations.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where the ERP system can improve business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutions.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of ERP configurations to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during the ERP implementation process.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication and ensure project success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and business analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate customer relationships.

Your Skills and Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementations.
  • Have experience in accounting domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
