Responsibilities
Job Description:
Receive and gather client requirements based on project development needs; analyze requirements and data; document business processes, use cases, and scenarios; and conduct business analysis to define business, interface, and functional requirements.
Design data models and create project mockups or prototypes.
Draft and finalize business documentation.
Coordinate with clients on system acceptance.
Conduct market and competitor research; propose new features; and plan for the implementation of new features.
Research and explore solutions and technology applications for the project.
Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent role.
Knowledge and experience in Agile software development; ability to drive development and design based on features, functional requirements, performance, and user experience.
In-depth knowledge of customer experience analysis.
Knowledge and experience in system analysis and design.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Information research skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and logical thinking skills.
Relevant professional certifications and English communication proficiency are advantages.
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, Mathematics-Informatics, or related fields.
