Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Receive and gather client requirements based on project development needs; analyze requirements and data; document business processes, use cases, and scenarios; and conduct business analysis to define business, interface, and functional requirements.
- Design data models and create project mockups or prototypes.
- Draft and finalize business documentation.
- Coordinate with clients on system acceptance.
- Conduct market and competitor research; propose new features; and plan for the implementation of new features.
- Research and explore solutions and technology applications for the project.
Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent role.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile software development; ability to drive development and design based on features, functional requirements, performance, and user experience.
- In-depth knowledge of customer experience analysis.
- Knowledge and experience in system analysis and design.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Information research skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and logical thinking skills.
- Relevant professional certifications and English communication proficiency are advantages.
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, Mathematics-Informatics, or related fields.
