I. RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
1. WORK MISSION:
1.0 ISO:
1.1 Full responsibility in manage and maintain the ISO Quality system.
1.2 Cooperate with HRD and other departments to maintain the BSCI requirements.
1.3 Support all departments in ISO documents, SOP, WI, reports to comply with the ISO requirements.
1.4 In charge of internal and external audit: preparation, organization and cooperation.
1.5 Responsible for all general business compliance requirements if any (except product specification): controlled wood traceability, chemical documented MSDS, CTPAT...
2.0 BSCI:
2.1 Support BSCI documents to comply with the BSCI requirements.
2.2 Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
2.3 Supports departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
2.4 Carry out and implement all requirements to adapt with BSCI needs for entire company.
2.5 Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of compliance auditors.
2.6 Helps others by answering questions and responding to requests.
2.7 Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
2.8 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
3.0 HSE:
3.1 In charge of all issues of the plant related to HSE policy and requirement.
3.2 Coordinate with production site to implement the HSE for the factory.
3.3 In charge of all HSE program for the company such as Fire fighting, environment, safety and hygiene program.
4.0 OTHER RELATED TASKS:
4.1 Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
4.2 Develop and review company policies.
4.3 Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
4.4 Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
4.5 Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
4.6 Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
4.7 Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
4.8 Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
4.9 Other tasks assigned by Board of Directors.
2. AUTHORITIES:
2.1 Give professional; advices, suggestions on improvements to produce better and more efficient.
