Mô tả công việc

• Sales strategy development and implementation
• Ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry
• Maintain in-depth knowledge about solution portfolio
• Define requirements, assisting in the search for the best technical sales candidates and taking part in the interview process
• Develop training plan for technical sales team in order to stay competitive
• Set weekly, monthly, quarterly sales goals and follow up on them
• Liaise and work closely with existing and potential partners to ensure good flow of information and support (updated product information, price lists, extra discounts in certain cases, etc.)
• Review research reports provided by Business Development Assistant
• Report to Business Development Director

Yêu cầu

• Proven track-record in sales / business development
• Relevant experience min. 5 years
• Excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Experience with professional CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Other South East Asian languages are a plus
• Self-motivated and accountable for own actions
• Bachelor/ Master's degree specialized in Business Administration or other related field
• Previous experience in the AEC industry
• Experience with data analysis tools like MS Power BI
