Business Development Admin - Cash Van Admin (English Required, F&B/ FMCG)

Reports to the Director - Cash Van on the following key areas:
1. Report on Cash Van Sales Performance (KPI): Acknowledge, guide, implement and supervise
subordinates in keeping track and completing sales reports.
2. Facilitate the roll out, development and maintenance of the sales application system based on
management direction & users' requirements and ensure the timely implementation of plans.
3. Organize system training for new users and on-site system administrators. This includes refresher
courses for existing users when necessary.
4. Working with relevant departments, our partners and vendors to ensure Cash Van' sales operation run
smoothly.
5. Manage, analysis and evaluate Sales support programs and ensure all payment of sales programs
completed as alignment with accounting regulations.
