We are an integrated marketing communication agency in healthcare industry looking for an energeticbusiness drivencandidate with customer-centric and commercial mindset. He/she will work in a fast-paced team environment and have opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of medical marketing job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Schedule appointments, preparing, delivering presentation, and pitching to new client, having researched their business and requirements.
Develop and make persuasive marketing/sales strategies, materials and campaign presentations based on a good understanding of the business issues, requirements and needs of potential clients
Maintain a good relationship with clients and partners
Find new potential partners and making a new partnership, especially in healthcare industry.
Creating programs to improve services and improve team
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and development, to develop and implement new service offerings that meet customer needs.
Attend networking events, association events, and industry events to establish and maintain a professional network.
Closely work with cross-functions.
Having writing skills and project management is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working at an healthcare agency or a pharmaceutical companies with strong connections with healthcare industry.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business or a related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of the marketing industry and current trends.
Attention to detail, ability to understand processes, and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately
Time-oriented, good management skills with the ability to hit goals within set deadlines
