business development and franchising, particularly with luxury brands in luxury retail, premium services, and Health & Wellness
Experience in investing and developing international brands, especially in luxury services and international markets.
Experience in financial management, including budget planning, cost analysis, profit analysis, and ensuring financial efficiency for the franchise system.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build teams, train, and develop franchise partners.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with partners, particularly international partners, to ensure long-term and effective collaboration.
Ability to develop long-term strategies for the franchise system and sustainable international market development.
Knowledge of the premium aesthetics industry and emerging trends in beauty care services.
Proficient in English: listening, speaking, reading, writing.
Willingness to travel as required, including long-term business trips.
