Identify and develop new B2B leads in target markets such as China (priority), Japan, and Europe through channels like LinkedIn, Alibaba, Global Sources, and email outreach.
Conduct market and competitor research to define partnership opportunities, potential customer segments, and key insights for each region.
Prepare and send marketing emails/sales outreach messages, track open rates, responses, and campaign performance.
Consult and negotiate contracts with B2B clients, including quotations, MOQ, delivery terms, and payment policies.
Collaborate with agencies to manage cold-calling lists, assess lead quality, and track follow-up progress.
Manage and monitor sales pipelines, customer status, and follow-up schedules.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create suitable content and messaging for each market.
Track business performance and KPIs: number of new leads, conversion rate, B2B revenue, and provide regular reports to management.
Support processes related to contract signing, payment, and delivery (in coordination with logistics and operations teams).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers and partners.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or
business development.
Experience in the furniture or interior industry is a plus. Professional communication and email writing skills in English and Chinese.
Strong abilities in market research, customer insight, email marketing, deal closing, and working with agencies on cold-call campaigns.
Experience in international B2B sales (consumer goods/décor/furniture preferred); basic understanding of import-export and logistics.
Proactive, with strong lead generation mindset and cross-cultural communication skills.
Proficient in using AI tools or data research and KPI tracking platforms.
Prefer candidates with an existing network or experience in China/Japan/EU markets.
