ABOUT THE ROLE
SUGO is looking for an energetic and growth-driven
Business Development Executive to expand our host and agency network in Vietnam.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with creators, livestream communities, agencies, and social platforms, and want to grow in the fast-moving social entertainment & creator economy industry.
You will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting hosts and agencies to build a vibrant creator ecosystem on SUGO.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Agency & Host Acquisition
+ Identify, approach, and recruit potential agencies and hosts to join the SUGO platform.
+ Develop and expand host resources across social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital communities.
+ Build partnerships with MCN agencies, livestream communities, and talent networks.
2. Creator Development & Community Growth
+ Recruit and onboard part-time and full-time hosts from universities, online communities, and social channels.
+ Maintain strong relationships with agencies and creators to support their long-term growth.
+ Monitor host performance and encourage engagement on the platform.
3. Training & Platform Support
+ Provide basic onboarding and training for hosts on:
+ Platform usage
+ Monetization opportunities
+ User engagement strategies
+ Community development
+ Support hosts in adapting and maximizing platform performance.
4. Market Expansion
+ Research trends in social entertainment and livestream ecosystems.
+ Explore new acquisition channels and optimize recruitment effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth targets.
