INNOMIZE is looking for a talented Sales & Business Executive to join our team; this role is responsible for pre-selling and selling to new clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals in the IT market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Conduct outreach to potential prospects through various channels including cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate a robust pipeline of qualified meetings.
- Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and service offerings to communicate the value proposition to prospects effectively.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls, meetings set, and pipeline contribution.
- Submit weekly progress reports.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1+ year experience in sales or business development or marketing preferably in the IT outsourcing/offshore industry.
- English Proficiency in both writing and speaking is a must.
- Basic knowledge and interest in IT industry (websites, mobile applications, ...)
- Experience in working towards fixed deadlines and client expectation management.
- Experience working in a client support role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology/ Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Ability to research, update and analyze market trends.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).
- Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure.
