Role Overview:
You will be at the forefront of our partnership growth strategy, responsible for forming strategic partnerships with commercial and residential buildings. This role is highly sales-driven, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and target potential commercial and residential buildings for partnership opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners, property managers, and real estate developers.
Present our service solutions to potential partners, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the implementation and execution of new partnerships
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or property management (priority).
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of the real estate or storage market and industry trends is a plus.
Role:
Freelance, contract or part time
