Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind Industry Connect's growth in Vietnam. By establishing strategic partnerships and creating pathways for local talent, you'll empower Vietnamese graduates and professionals to access global opportunities.
Your efforts will directly impact lives, connecting individuals to international careers and transforming Vietnam's tech landscape through innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development:
Build strong relationships with universities, tech communities, and industry leaders to
create pipelines for Vietnamese graduates to access Industry Connect programs.
• Program Promotion:
Conduct presentations, workshops, and events to showcase the value of Industry
Connect to students, professionals, and organizations.
• Program Consultation:
Serve as a program consultant to participants, guiding them through their career goals,
program benefits, and pathways to global opportunities.
• Companies Engagement:
Collaborate with businesses and multinational companies to build relationships and grow
our network of hiring partners.
• Market Research:
Analyze local trends, graduate needs, and business requirements to ensure our
programs are relevant and impactful in Vietnam's dynamic tech ecosystem.
• Brand Advocacy:
Act as a trusted ambassador for Industry Connect, enhancing our reputation and
presence within the Vietnamese market.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, ideally in the
education, recruitment or tech sectors.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to identify opportunities and build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for driving results and creating impact.
• Knowledge:
Understanding of Vietnam's education system and tech industry trends is a strong
advantage.
