POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive to join the new business unit of Halocom Digital for magnifying our TikTok Advertising services to Brands, Sellers and Advertisers in Vietnam. This year, our company is Top 3 "TikTok Media Agency of the Year" by TikTok Ads Awards. Halocom Digital is also one of the whitelist partners of TikTok and ByteDance - TikTok's parent company. So we can offer our clients top-notch support and exclusive financial benefits on the TikTok platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building.
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Other tasks according to assignment from your direct report.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development or a related field. Fresh graduates are accepted.
Proven track record in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
General expertise in
Digital Marketing, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive sales.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and analytical skills.
Bring a positive, energetic, and optimistic approach to the team.
Eager to learn, grow, and push beyond comfort zones.
Preferably working experience with SMEs clients.
