Source new clients through the Internet, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct approaches.
Attend events, conferences, and connect with potential clients as guided by the BD Manager.
Introduce services, arrange meetings, and negotiate with new clients.
Collaborate internally to create tailored proposals and address client concerns.
Deliver presentations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals.
Translate Vietnamese-English-Vietnamese for documents and communication between the BD team, internal teams, and clients.
Organize and analyze Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) twice a year.
Manage and update Hubspot and support project implementation with the BD Manager.

Strong English skills: required
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint: required
Quick learner with analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Familiarity with software like Hubspot is a plus
Experience working at foreign companies is a plus
Working Time: Monday to Friday
