- Research and identify potential clients and partners in both domestic and international markets (B2B).
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion brands, distributors, and business partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and company presentations.
- Support in negotiating and closing cooperation agreements or orders.
- Manage CRM data and follow up with leads to ensure consistent communication.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings when needed.
- Report weekly progress and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
- 1-2 years of experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably in garment/fashion/B2B field).
- Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
- Familiar with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.).
