Job Scope:
Develop new clients, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities.
Present tailored architectural design solutions and negotiate agreements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business development strategies.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate business records.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in the architecture or construction industry.
At least 2 years of management experience.
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good computer skills.
Knowledge of architectural design services, especially commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects, is an advantage.
Experience working with Japanese companies or clients is a plus.
