Mô tả công việc
Our office has a position available for an experienced Business Development Manager who has excellent relationship skills and can demonstrate an outstanding track record in sales. Preferably, from sales background with excellent communication skills, excellent 'hunting' skills and a solid network of potential clients in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
To help deliver our strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Hunting, discovering and developing for new and strategic opportunities (MT channel) from the Central to the South;
• Proposing the revenue plan monthly and quarterly and strategy to achieve sales target;
• Grow the company's revenue and market share by increasing penetration in opening more stores;
• Proposing the promotion program for each accounts;
• Analysing and suggesting right SKUs for each stores and areas;
• Collecting and analysing information of the market and competitors;
• Working with Sales Supervisor to get information regarding to the market and provide the solution;
• Maintaining the good relationship with partners;
• Managing the display and POSM at stores to meet the brand guideline;
• Weekly meeting to report and update sales plan, market information and propose the solution to General Manager;
• Achieving sales target as required;
• Having good knowledge of business products and value proposition;
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, appearance and professionalism;
• Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners;
• Maintaining a harmonious working environment;
• Minimising business risk;
• Travelling regional Vietnam when required.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes
To help deliver our strategy the successful candidate MUST HAVE the following skills, experience, qualifications and personality attributes:
***Skills & Experiences
o Minimum of 5 years related working experience in small domestic applicances (SDA) and Modern Trade channel;
o Experience in selling B2B;
o Must be able to manage and deliver a high level of client satisfaction ('customer service') into all client accounts;
o Has good relationship with key persons in MT channel (SDA);
o Excellent communication and written in Vietnamese. English is an advantage.
***Qualifications
o College/University degree of Business Administration;
o Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage;
o Trade marketing experience would be an advantage.
***Personality Attributes
o A positive, results orientated and customer focused attitude;
o Be self-motivated and willing to work outside or normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations and objectives;
o A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion;
o A flexible attitude.
