Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a
Business Development Manager (ELV, ID21378, 2500USD):
Take full responsibility for sales development and market expansion activities for ELV projects across Vietnam, focusing on CCTV, Display, and Network solutions.
Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets in the Northern Vietnam market.
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with System Integrators, installers, distributors, consultants, and project partners to establish a strong and sustainable sales network.
Identify new business opportunities and actively develop relationships with key end-users, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular feedback regarding customer requirements, market trends, and industry developments.
Support partners through product training sessions, technical discussions, and project consultation to enhance their sales capabilities and project success rates.
Coordinate project execution, order fulfillment, implementation progress, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage project pipelines and daily operational activities effectively.
Plan and implement promotional programs and channel marketing activities to drive business growth and partner engagement.
Travel domestically to visit customers, partners, and project sites whenever business needs arise.
Male, 27-45 years old.
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Business Development, Sales role within project-based businesses involving CCTV, Display, or Networking products.
Proven understanding of the ELV project ecosystem in Vietnam, including customers, system integrators, installers, contractors, and project partners.
Fluent English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability and willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
