Mô tả công việc
Generate new leads, acquire new customers, and drive business volume growth.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients; ensure high service quality and timely issue resolution.
Develop and execute sales strategies; conduct market research and prepare sales forecasts.
Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, customs declarations).
Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
Coordinate closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth shipment operations.
Track shipment progress, update clients, and proactively handle any delays or problems.
Prepare regular reports and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 - 3 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experience.
At least 1.5 years with the current employer.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and processes.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Proficient in MS Office
