Approach and introduce logistics services (warehousing, transportation) to potential clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close service contracts.
Monitor the execution of signed contracts, coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and on-time delivery.
Identify and develop new customer opportunities to expand the client base and market reach
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues during service delivery with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Contract Execution & Monitoring:
Monitor contract performance and service quality.
Prepare quarterly, weekly and monthly reports.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics sales or business development.
Priority given to those with experience in the field of B2B sales, warehousing, or supply chain services.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to analyze data, prepare business reports, and track contract performance.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business email communication.
